Belinda Sales is a Dorset Ceramic Artist based in the coastal town of Weymouth.
Influenced by her life long passion for wildlife and Dorset scenery, she creates unique two-dimensional ceramic pictures, sculptures and wall art.
Belinda primarily uses the ancient and exciting Raku firing technique to give her work a beautiful and eye catching effect.
She often incorporates melted glass and local driftwood into her pieces.
Belinda also teaches Pottery and Raku firing workshops from her fully equipped garden studio
In addition to her online collection on this website, she also make larger items available in local venues, made to commission or as exhibition pieces.
See Belinda's 'About' page for more details.
Most of my work is made to order and professionally framed in beautiful wooden box frames.
Unless I have one in stock, each piece usually takes 1-3 weeks to hand make, fire and frame.
Please note all pieces are individual, therefore there may be SLIGHT variations from the photographs.
Keep an eye out!
I often make new pieces to add to my collection.
Some of my work such as pieces mounted on driftwood or larger framed pieces are only available from my exhibitions or local stockists.
